WHITE-LABEL PR PARTNERSHIPS

Add PR to your agency
without building
a PR department.

The Sprout PR is my specialist white-label PR practice for marketing, digital and integrated agencies. I am Nikki Jain, a publicist with more than 10 years of experience working behind agencies and their client accounts.

I help agencies add PR when clients need it, without hiring internally before there is enough demand to justify it. When you hire Sprout, you work directly with me. I help define the scope and deliver the agreed PR work while your agency retains the client and commercial relationship.

Start with one opportunity. Expand the partnership if demand grows.

EXPERIENCE

Your clients are already asking for PR.

A founder wants greater visibility. A product launch needs media coverage. An SEO client asks about Digital PR. Earned media appears in a new-business brief.

Referring the work elsewhere means introducing another provider into the account. Building internally may not make commercial sense until demand is consistent.

White-label PR gives your agency another option. Keep the opportunity within the existing relationship and bring me in to provide the specialist PR capability behind it.

Keep more of the opportunity
inside your agency.

You do not need a complete PR department before accepting the first brief. One launch, executive profile or white-label Digital PR campaign can be enough to begin.

You don’t need a finished PR
brief before bringing me in.

A request for PR does not always arrive with a clear brief. I can help assess what the client needs, what PR could realistically support and which approach suits the opportunity. We can then agree the scope, responsibilities and how the work fits with the services your agency already provides.

The aim is a practical engagement that can be sold and delivered responsibly, without adding tactics the client does not need.

PR shaped around the opportunity

A founder-led company may need executive commentary and thought leadership. A consumer brand may have a strong product story. A B2B client might benefit from trade media, expert positioning or reactive PR. The account determines the scope. The work isn’t forced into a standard package simply because that package already exists.

A flexible working model

Direct access with a flexible working model

Your agency remains client-facing while Nikki handles the agreed PR work.

Responsibility and client visibility are agreed separately.

Adding PR shouldn’t add another
layer for your agency to manage.

External support loses its value when your agency spends too much time briefing, checking and correcting.

Before delivery begins, we agree the account context, responsibilities, approvals and communication structure. I then manage the dayto-day PR work within those boundaries and bring decisions back when your input or the client’s approval is needed.

There is no handoff after the initial conversation. The person who understands the brief is also the person doing the work.

Trusted behind agency accounts

"Nikki took ownership of the agency work rather than waiting for me to manage every detail. That freed me to focus on growing the business, and I was able to expand the roster from six clients to ten."

Your clients stay yours

Your agency controls the client relationship, agreement and billing. You decide whether I remain behind the scenes, work as part of your agency or appear as a specialist partner.

Clients introduced through your agency are never treated as prospects for Sprout. Client, account and campaign information stays within the agreed boundaries, and confidentiality and nonsolicitation protections can be included in the agency agreement.

You own the relationship. I handle the PR behind it.

PR expertise without competing
for the rest of the account.

Sprout is focused on PR, Digital PR and earned media. Your agency retains the wider marketing strategy and delivery.

The PR capability sits behind your existing offer without creating a competing service provider around the account.

Tell me what the client needs, what your agency already provides and where the PR gap sits.

I will assess whether Sprout is the right fit and recommend a practical scope for the work.
